In July, 2019 I received 2 cheques from Golden Forest (India) Ltd in the name of my father Bablu Saha and Archana Saha. Both of them are no more and I am the nominee of their deposits.
I have sent all the documents as were asked by Karvy Fintech Private Limited, through mail to it's mail id- gfil.[protected]@karvy.com by February of this year. Now it's been 8 months, I have still not received the payment.
Everytime I call Karvy...

My father had invested some amount in your company in 1995.Company had given him 1 cheque at that time.That cheque maturity date was 21/09/2020.That cheque was issued by Golden Forests (india)limited from bank of india.Please help me this how can I claim the amount of cheque....

I have application and receipt number but not the account number, now how can I claim the maturity amount....

This process already completed on Feb-2020 and your support team confirmed me all the documents are received & sent to the committee for the final approval...

I already talked to mr balakrishna sir and he already verified me and in response with that he mailed on my mail to verify my details last time and in response with that i verified it and he told that your process will be completed within a month but if we talked than 2 months had already gone.. No further processing has been done till now...
