      I already talked to mr balakrishna sir and he already verified me and in response with that he mailed on my mail to verify my details last time and in response with that i verified it and he told that your process will be completed within a month but if we talked than 2 months had already gone.. No further processing has been done till now

After filling all my details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up message as account number is invalid and shows name/amount/receipt number mismatch sometimes...                                       I still haven't received the cheque yet 2019, i have 2 accounts, one is on my name and other one is on my uncles name.
                                      I tried calling your helpline but it says invalid, i tried sending thousands of emails to karvy or gfil. [protected]@kfintech.com but i have never received a human response, i only get automatic or robotic reply.

                                      I have attached 2 copies of golden forest policy.

                                      Could you please help me to get the cheque dispersed to my correct home address.
