Hello sir/madam,
I had invested 1000 rupees 25 years back i.e, in 1995 to your company based on your assurance of profit. As mentioned above, you had given a cheque of amount 2, 22, 000 rupees dated for maturity on 24/11/2020, but the State Bank of India (SBI) is not accepting your cheque saying the cheque is too old and cannot be processed now.
So please suggest me how I can retrieve my cheque amount as soon as possible.

My complaint hasn't been resolved and the authorities related to it do not respond. It's a fraud, actions should be taken against it.

I am Abhilash Sharma Vemula from Hyderabad have a concern pertaining to the cheque which was given on my sister name V.Akhila by my grandfather as a gift to her in the 1990's . I deposited the cheque on 24/06/2016 as on the cheque it is stated as not payable before 06/05/2016. I was shocked to see slip saying that there is no such account from syndicate bank (Now Canara) . I request you to kindly (Please ) help me in getting this resolved .

My father had invested an amount of rupees 1000 in Golden Forests India Ltd. on 28/02/1995. The maturity date was 28/02/2020. Company had issued a cheque from Central Bank of India. The maturity amount is 2, 22, 000 rupees. Please help me with this how I can claim the amount.

In July, 2019 I received 2 cheques from Golden Forest (India) Ltd in the name of my father Bablu Saha and Archana Saha. Both of them are no more and I am the nominee of their deposits.
I have sent all the documents as were asked by Karvy Fintech Private Limited, through mail to it's mail id- gfil.[protected]@karvy.com by February of this year. Now it's been 8 months, I have still not received the payment.
Everytime I call Karvy Fintech Pvt. Ltd., they tell me that the document verification has been done from their end and now I need to contact the Golden Forest(India) Limited Committee for further information. But both the numbers given for the committee are either switched off or unavailable:
[protected] &[protected].
I have also sent a mail to it's mail id- [protected]@rediffmail.com, but didn't get any reply.

Kindly help me in getting the said amount as soon as possible, to support me financially because it's been very difficult for me, after the unexpected demise of both my parents. Please help me.

This is to inform you that I already delivered a hard copy of all the necessary documents via Indian speed post at your KFIN Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad address. For your information, Indian Speed post also notified me courier delivery confirmation.

This process already completed on Feb-2020 and your support team confirmed me all the documents are received & sent to the committee for the final approval process.

No further processing has been done till now
