I am trying to submit my claims online on karvy website and every time it says account number is invalid.
I have tried entering details as per the different criteria mentioned but nothing works.
When we try to call golden projrct number it never works and neither someone has replied to my email.

You sent claim in favour of may wife at that time i was not prasent on the given address so that cheque is returened by the post.

Dear Sir,

You have issued cheque No.007061 Dt 09.11.2017 for Rs. 2, 22, 000/-in the name of Smt. Om Vati Devi against maturity amount of our policy. But sorry to say that the above cheque returned by the bank because it does not contained Bank MICR Code, IFSC Code also you have mentioned only 3 digit of your bank account number on the cheque which is not valid.

So you are requested please send the new cheque...

I request to credit my deposit amount to my sb account no - [protected]. This particular amount was credited earlier to my sbi account but i couldn't received the particular amount as my sbi account was closed at that time. But now i reopened the same, presently such account is running.

Issue not resolved, I prashant gupta (advocate ) had a telephonic conversation with mr dinesh patnayak where as it was decided that i will send stamp paper duly attested by notary public of rs10 / and dc certificate of depositor nominee even all the required document's, i delivered the very same earliest but it was surprising to see afraid to email that after every thing attested confirm by karvy receiving the email documented the claim...

The amount was invested by my aunt but she expired in 2013... How can i claim this now and what will be the process to claim this amount? I have got the cheque but don't know how to get is encashed. The account mentioned on the cheque is now obsolete., how to know the nominee for the same.

Kindly provide the method or processor to claim the amount. What kind of documents are required for the claim....
