Please help me. How can i claim the amount ?. He paid 500rs and worked as an agent (opening accounts of others) . We really need this. Please help me

We deposited an amount in Golden Forest INR 1, 000.00 on 12.06.1995 and the maturity date is 12.06.2020.

Since the maturity period is over I have sent all the required documents through Speed Post on 18.08.2020 under tracking Number EK[protected]IN (Delivered date 29.08.2020).

But till the date i have not received my amount.
