I am filling Claim Form of Golden Forests India Ltd. 10/10/2018
After filling all my details When I click NEXT, a pop-up message shows "name/amount/receipt number mismatch" and sometimes "account number is invalid". I HAVE ENTERED CORRECELY ACCOUNT NO.
My Account No. RUB145472
Reciept No. RU/97/13523
I tried all options...please suggest me..wht should i do.....

I have made an investment of rs. 10000
In the golden forest company vide receipt number 96/142313 deposit date. 15/05/1996.
My account no is 01/9/lsc403220.
While registering my claim the account number is showing invalid.
It appears that the company is defrauding inocent investor like me and not following the hon supreme court decision
You are requested to look into the matter and escalate it to the company....

Please clear the complain as per images attached regardimg invalid account number.
I have used 01/9/ lsb587900, lsb587900 as my account number along with the combinations of 98/46291, ls/98/46291 as my recipt no. But still i am unable to proceed.

So its a request to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible as i have been trying this for a long time.

Had deposited amount with golden forest india limited. After entering complete details in the claim form it is showing invalid account number. Have tried so many times but unsuccess. Please solve my problem. Account no. Is lsb665621 dated 26.10.98 vide receipt no.98/124012 dated 3/12/98. Deposit amount rs.2500/-. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. Mobile no. [protected]....

While i am trying to submit the claim form, it shows account no invalid.
I have followed all the instruction by prefixing alpha values, for example - lsd123456 11/11111 and filling all the details as in the receipt.

Please help me as soon as possible to resolve these issues. I have attached receipts. Please find the images and go through it. And please tell me why this problem occurs....

But the claim form submission is showing it as invalid account number.

I have tried 100 ways to submit claim for myself and others using the following link for claim form:-

I always get an error that account number name mismatch.
I immediately need my claim to be submitted and money to be transferred since this has been more than 18 years now.
