After filling all my details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up message as account number is invalid and shows name/amount/receipt number mismatch sometimes... I hereby request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.

      The maturity amount is 40000.
      But the claim form submission is showing it as invalid account number.

        My clients and i have invested amount in the golden forests india limited under a) receipt no:99/78124, account no:01/9/lsb748130 dated 26-10-99.
        B) receipt no:99/72535, account no: 01/9/lsb742541 dated 10-04-99.
        C) receipt no:99/59659, account no: 01/9/lsb729665 dated 03-09-99.
        D) receipt no:99/59660, account no: 01/9/lsb729666 dated 03-09-99.
        E) receipt no:99/7863, account no: 01/9/lsb677869 dated 06-02-99.
        The claim submission form is not accepting these account numbers and showing these as invalid account numbers. Please consider this issue and reply me at [protected]@gmail.com

          I have tried 100 ways to submit claim for myself and others using the following link for claim form:-

          I always get an error that account number name mismatch.
          I immediately need my claim to be submitted and money to be transferred since this has been more than 18 years now.

            I philip varghese purchased on the name of my infant son don philip in the 1997 two policies of rs.1000/- each bearing the receipt numbers as shown below from golden forest (India) limited on 13/03/1997. The details of the policies are
            1. Receipt no 97/31355 issue date 13/03/1997 investment starting date 15/03/1997 of inr one thousand with account no 01/9/lsb367421 and having maturity date 15/03/2022 with a value of rs.222000.
            2. Receipt no 97/31355 issue date 13/03/1997 investment starting date 15/03/1997 of inr one thousand with account no 01/9/lsb367422 and having maturity date 15/03/2022 with a value of rs.222000/-.
            The st no is jnb-7291/829057 and st date is 06/02/1997. The zone numbers are 308885 and 308886. The address given on the receipts is mstr. Don philip s/o sh. Philip varghese, polakattil house, manappuram p. O. Cherthala, alappuzha, kerala. Pin 688558.
            This complaint is being humbly submitted to you for the recovery of my money.

              I and my friends invested in golden forest & golden projects in lacks of rupees in 1982 (Year invested not sure because so many years passed) as per your instructed we submitted all our che ques in your chandigarh office and acknowledged by your office. We deposited all the money through state bank of india bicholim - goa branch.
              We have shifted our house from bicholim to ponda - goa in 2000 at the time of shifting
              My most of the documents are lost in that all your documents also.
              Sir now how can i proceed in this case please advice me. Only possible is to get my documents in your chandigarh office to link with our address and city goa because your office kept state wise separate section

                        An amount of rs.50, 000/- only was deposited with gfil on[protected] in the name of ms. Pravasini patnaik w/o mr. Gopal krishna patnaik as per enrolment no. 1502247 for which the gfil had issued stamped receipt bearing no. 99/117580 dated[protected] starting the account no. 01/9/lcc153194/03/34658 and the st no. Otc 99 - 3872/888804 dt.[protected] under term/mop 24/3.5l/s. The original stamped receipt has been sent on 11/12/2004 to the chairman - committee - gfil by regd. Post a/d alongwith such other receipts. Now on putting the claim for payment the reply comes that the a/c no. Is not valid. How is it possible? Please conform.

                            I have made a deposit for a period of 3 and half years in golden forests india limited in the year 1996. I haven't received the amount yet. Recently the supreme court has given a judgement in favour of the depositors as per which the depositors are entitled to receive 70% of the principal amount deposited.in persuit of this the company has set up a committee for redressal which has authorised 'karvy computershare private limited'...

                                  I have been filling the golden forest india limited claim form since 2 days, but it always shows name/amount/receipt no. Mismatch error.

                                  Earlier, it showed invalid account no. Error but now it shows name/amount/receipt no. Mismatch.

                                  Even after verifying all the details correctly many times, the problem persists.
                                  Please do the needful in this regard.
