I also deposted some amount with the Fraud Golden Forest India Ltd. Chandigarh during June 1997 with the hope of getting back some solid amount for building a house. Even after 13 years not a line in favour of me has been received either from the Govt. or from the fraud company. The authorities concerned may kindly take care of the investers who had deposited their hard earned money with this cheater. Kindly arrange to return their amount with interest which was prevailing at the time of deposit.

We have invested Rs.5000/- in fixed deposit in M/S. GOLDEN FORESTS (INDIA) LTD, MANIMAJRA, CHANDIGARH (U.T) in the name of P.SRINIVASA RAO, account no: 01/9/LSC128660 in the year of 1995(30/031995).The maturity time for the investment was 30/3/2010.

The post dated cheque The Central Bank of India bearing No: 001894 for Rs. 1, 70, 000 /- was taken back for submission in the court in 2004 and we havent got any response since.
