Patiala ( Panjab), Regd Office: SCO 835, Golden complex, Manimajra Chandigarh. Accordingly the Co. had issued receipt cum allotment letter. The details are as under
1. Receipt cum allotment letter No. 96/3043 dt. 04/12/1996, St. no. DC96-79/999974 dt. 04/12/1996 its maturity date was 04/11/2006. Now we are not getting the amount as because there is no trace of that Company.

2.We do have photocopy of The Post dated Chq. Of Vijaya Bank vide Chq. No.2593558 Dt.04/11/2006.

Please show us the way to get back the amount.

As we all know that the company had turned up insolvent till the maturity period i.e[protected], we were in contact will our agent, any every time he showed us some dreams of getting atleast the principle amount, but till now we have not yet recd any penny from him or the company.
These were our hard earned money, kindly suggest how to go about it and get the money back.

We have invested Rs.5000/- in fixed deposit in M/S. GOLDEN FORESTS (INDIA) LTD, MANIMAJRA, CHANDIGARH (U.T) in the name of P.SRINIVASA RAO, account no: 01/9/LSC128660 in the year of 1995(30/031995).The maturity time for the investment was 30/3/2010.

The post dated cheque The Central Bank of India bearing No: 001894 for Rs. 1, 70, 000 /- was taken back for submission in the court in 2004 and we havent got any response since.

Kindly take necessary action and help us in getting atleast the minimal amount we deserve, as early as possible.

2. Post dated cheque No. 0011520 DT. 25/07/2002 for Rs. 15000.00 drawn on CANARA BANK, SCO 836 NAC, Manimajra, Chandigarh - 160101.

The cheque was deposited to STATE BANK OF PATIALA, KYDGANJ, ALLAHABAD for realisation on due date, but the same was returned to me due to non realisation by the CANARA BANK due to CLOSED ACCOUNT. Now it is a great problem to all investers to get the matured value from the company.
Kindly suggest what procedure shall be adopted to get the money back from the said company.

acordingly the company had issued recpit com alotment letter and a post dated cheque of. rs.30000/= each in favour of my parents as bellow details.

1.allotment letter No. AP 97/43425 and 97/ 43495 dt28/04/1997 s.t.no AP97-4228/999982 and AP97-4151/999982 dt.26/04/1997

2.We got two cheques .no.064373 dt.22/03/2002 o[censored]nion Bank of India, Sec-35C Chandigarh.

Sir i deposited both cheques in respective A/C but these cheques got bounced and the reason was as below:
RETURNED UNPAID FOR REASONS:

1) Refer to drawer in view of Failure/ default of golden projects Ltd to comply with order dated 17th March, 1998 of Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 18167/97 Subject to which we can entertain the cheques of investors for encashment.

2) List not provided by Golden Projects Limited.

I am very much surprised that why Consumer Court and RBI are keeping mum on this matter since 1998. Is it like anyone can make a company with great marketing plan and wipe out common man's hard earn money so easily. Is India really largest democratic country... Hoping for positive response.

I have invested Rs 1000 in this company on dated 09/12/95. My receipt no. Is 95/178295 Zone-3. Let me know how can I get the maturity amount.

This company had taken money from me on[protected] and had requested me to give my money with more interest on[protected] . But around twelve years back we come to know that this company is closed . But now as the name of the company is coming into the newspapers and also on net so i think taht i can get my money back so i request the owner of golden forest company to give back my money. We have helped the company in their bad time and helped them to purchase their place for the company.
