Sir, i am an advocate. I sent gfil claim of one b. Duggamma who was alive in 2006 but died after that.in the claim form when i tried to submit the nominee it became not possible. So i sent on duggamma, but there was no provision for sending the death certificate. Now the claim had shown as different name, and stopped pay ment. Please let me know how and to whom i have to send the death certificate? The ref no is 1237992 cell no [protected]
