Sir i am manjulata sethi. My account number which is provided in my gfil form is 01/9/lsc596906 and the receipt number is ls/97/45218. But when i am entering the account number in the claim form it is showing that the account number is incorrect. I have tried all format provided in the claim form but every time it is showing that the account number is invalid.
