Computer shows invalid a/c no. When we fill the claim form regarding my wife account numbers
1. A/c no - gla51741 rt no.97/51741 rs.5000/- name - mrs. Usha singh

All related documents & cheque no.0078015 dt 2.5.2012 (Ubi sector 35-c, chandigarh) of rs.15000/- was deposited in original to mr r. C. Kothari, roorkee, enrollment no.7733 on dated 2.6.2001.
Kindly look into the matter & reply me the status of above claim/ account shortly.
