[Resolved]  Golden Forests India Ltd — invalid account number

Hi, this problem is resolved for me .
If you observe at the Receipt Number at the starting we have LS/ .
Please include LS/ in the Receipt Number Example : LS/97/86319
And for Account Number include only the alphanumeric part Example : LSB422385.

How did you resolve this problem?

Thanks for your update. As suggested by you I have entered details of A/c no, Receipt no and entered mobile number & email ID. After completing this I got message " pl check fields marked Red"
Red field is "email ID which is correct.
Can you please suggest any solution to this.

Sorry I haven’t faced this issue, but try to check all the mandatory fields.

Would like to solve the issue regarding filling of claim form details in the start section. I am mahendra b. dugade (Depositor), holding a account in golden forests (India) limited (Gfil limited) bearing the account no: 01/9/LCC131894 02/118940. After filling all my details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up message as account number is invalid and shows name/amount/receipt number mismatch sometimes... I hereby request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.

I have tried filing online claime based on their paper advertaisement. I have all the receipt originals pertains to my inverstments done in this company. when I am filling all the requisit fields correctly, i am still getting "acecount no. invalid" pop-up message. I am further not able to go to next page to fill bank details. I have huge ammount tobe claimed.can any one suggest how to go about it.

this unfiar to devide the customers that only those who claimed earlier needs to claim again. what about other investors, they also have invested and lost money.

it is requested to extend the last date further for the convenient of subasribers.also accept all the claimes and ask the claiments to product the scan copy of the receipts they hold. so that the genuine claimes can be identified and needful done to all subscribers.

Hi,

I am trying to submit claim form related to account no. 01/9/RUC286329 dated on 29/08/1998 in the name of Mr. Khimchand C. Popat. But the error is getting pop up that account no. Is invalid. Kindly look into this as we are facing same issues in another accounts related to same series.
