Golden Forests India Ltd — invalid account number

While submitting claim form it is displaying message as invalid account number or account name, details does not match;account number is01/9/lcc/99987 & 01/9/lcc99986, claim is being submitted by nominee as applicant is deceased. Kinldy look into the matter as we are trying this since 5-6 months. Sir this is too long since i m trying for my claim as i m in need too and full amount has been invested in golden forests of my husband. There are two accounts stated above one for rs 100000 and other for rs 50000/-, please resolve the issue as soon as possible and guide us as how to proceed for our payment.
