I had invested in gf in 1996. On maturity applied for refund but in vain. After the supreme court order i wish to apply for claim. For example my one of the investments recept no. Ls/96/46247 dtd.13/04/96 zone 2 st no. Apb96-764/337311 a/c no. 01/9/lsb202838 in the name permeshwar dayal of rs 30000/- when i submit for claim it is mismatch. Kindly let me know how to submit.
