Sir/Madam
I have invested amount of 5000/- in the golden projects limited under receipt no.00/142789 dated 17/07/200p by the name of Najma Khatoon and Nominee Mr. Abadat Husain.
My amount maturity date is 23/05/2005 under enrolment no. 333103.
