Golden Forests India Ltd — my payment not refund actual time and my total payment is pending

My payment invest in golden projects limited
In invest 8000 rs date in 25/01/1977 my refundable date is 25/01/2012
But not refund my payment in my account
Company provide me a cheq rs of 256000/- date of 25/01/2012
But my cheq is bounce not clear in bank because not available balance in company account

So plz help for refund my payment
