Golden Forests India Ltd — name/amount mismatch

Sir, I invested Rs.Ten Thousand in Golden Project Limited of Golden Forest India Limited IN a/c number GLA36981 on 05/03/1997 in the name of Sant Lal Maurya.But when I am registering for claim in verification it showing Name/Amount mismatch.Whereas as per my knowledge name/amount is correct. Sir, at all if it is not correct please help me out so that I can register for claim.Thanks
