Golden Forests India Ltd — need help to claim maturity amount

My father (Maheshbhai j. Parmar) had invested 1, 000/- rs in 1996. The maturity amount is 1, 01, 000/- rs. Following are the details of receipt:

Commencement date: 12/06/1996
Maturity date: 12/06/2017

We have not received any payment till now and we are also not aware how to claim amount.
