2. I have invested rs. 55, 730/- (Rupees fifty five thousand seven hundred thirty only) on 24 sep 1998 in favour of my wife smt santosh kushwah for one year in golden forest (India) limited against a/c no lsb-653720, but maturity value not yet paid by the company.
