This is furthjer to my letter No. IC24080F/01 date 18 Apr 2005 addressed to The Chairman, Committee _GFIL ( Appointed by Supreme court) by regd post ack due.

The letter in question contained three covers requesting for refund, details as under :-
1. LS Account No. LSB313110 ; Rs 10000 paid in full dated 16 Oct 1996 by Lt Col ASR Sarma Retd
2. LS Account No. LSB 829177 ; Rs 10000 paid in full dated 05 Jun 2000 by Smt AVS Lakshmi w/o Lt Col ASR Sarma Retd
3. LS Account No. 97/19116 ; Rs 10000 paid in full dated 06 Nov 1996 by Kum A Santhi d/o Lt Col ASR Sarma Retd
