Dear sir, My problems is the claim form not accepting golden forest account no i. E lsb 129885 i have 4 receipts with same account no. I fill only one receipt form. I filling 2nd receipt form at that time account no not accepting. Error shows is - account no already registered. If anyone know please tell me.. Please give solution.
