Dear sir

I have deposited rs 25000 along with my wife kamini upendrakumar shah as joint holder on october 20, 2000. I was issued the enrolment no as receipt of my money however before the final receipt is allotted to me, the management of the company was suspended. Since recently the committee appointed to settle the claim has started taking up the claims via karvy computer services, i wish to settle my deposit with gfil, however i am facing the issue while filing the claim form since account no is compulsory for filing the claim which i do not have as i have only the enrolment no.

Further, pl appreciate the fact that our claim was acknowledged by the committee of creditors on january 12, 2005.

Need to settle my claim smoothly
