Golden Forests India Ltd — request return

I have invested rs 30, 000.00 in golden project limited
Allotment letter no :97/24452 dated 18-feb-1997 in the name of punam d/o bakil singh verma account no gla24452 under enrolment no 891982.

I am trying to submit the claim form on golden forest committee.com but it is not loaded giving the error "account is invalid"

Request to help me for getting the payment.
