Golden Forests India Ltd — showing invalid a/c number while uploading claim

Dear sir /madam
While trying to file claim regarding gfil and gpl i am getting an error account number is invalid on the very first page. I am holding one accounts in golden forest (India) limited (Gfil) bearing the account number - 01/9/LSD122043 and other gpl bearing the account number - GLA9151 receipt number - 96/9151.

After filling all details in the first section and submiting the details where it is generating a message as account number is invalid. I have tried filling account number as - 01/9/LSD122043 and GLA9151 as mentioned on the site

Still i am getting this error
I hereby request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.
