Golden Forests India Ltd — submit bond

I have a bond in the year 1996 and maturity is 2021 for a amount of 1000 and maturity value is 200000. I have not done the claim yet... this is given by golden forest india but this company has gone bankrupt and only they have some properties left

Could you let me know if I can make a claim now and if yes how to do that ?

there is a case in the court pending. and the concerned authorities say that I can only get 1000rs back.

can i know how to get this amount back?
is it possible to claim this amount?
