Golden Forests India Ltd — unable to submit claimant form

Hi
I am unable to submit claimant form, gets error "Account No is invalid", please look into the issue & let me know how to submit claimant form. As per supreme court we have to submit the claimant form. I am not sure why I am not able to submit claimant form.

I have tried all possible ways, but it is shows error "Account No is invalid"

please look into the issue & help me at the earliest.
