Golds Gym — Transfer membership issue(Owner did not response call)

Last month 28th April, I went to gold Gym palam vihar, Gururgram and Told him to transfer my membership to another branch, He told me that it will take 1-2 week, to transfer membership. So I updated him that I am going 29th April to bangalore. He told me that you went to bangalore and within 10 days ur membership transfer to JP nagar branch, When I reached to bangalore and calling to Palam vihar branch, He did not pick up my call. I still calling so many times, and he did not responsed call and message. If any have any suggestion please help me out.
