Gonoise.com — Change delivery address or cancel order

Address:Sector 1 C qrt no. 588, Bokaro Steel City

I want to cancel my order that i have placed as the delivery address selected does not have my presence. I tried calling the customer care, they dont let me talk to the executive, nor are the emails being replied. I also ordered it on EMI but the full amount has been deducted at one go. I wont ever recommend Noise products to anybody. Resolve my issue asap or else I am going to lodge a Complaint in consumer affairs. my order id is 679480 and a CASHFREE order id is [protected]. Look into the matter asap.

I want to cancel my order of noise buds mini but there is no such option available on site . even the order tracker is unable to track my order .Noise needs to improve this . I just want that my order should be cancelled and money should be returned asap or I have to raise a complaint in CONSUMER AFFAIRS . so please look into this matter as soon as you can. I'm very unsatisfied with their service.
