I am purchasing noise shots x1 air, from company website on 7th september 2019.
I am personally visit to company service centre at pimpri bu due to covid 19 period the shops are closed.
Finally i am filed online complaint on 6th september 2020 on company website with ticket no.94383.
After two days company mail me and replied "your warranty has expired" but this is wrong because i am complaint on 6th september 2020 and my product warranty is valid on that day, 6th september is last day of my warranty as per company invoice.
When i call to customer care they accepted my warranty issue and they suggest me to file again new complaint with old ticket no. As per instruction i am filed 2nd complaint no.106000.
On this mail company replied me "we have approved your complaint and escalated it to our priority department. We will be emailing you the next course of steps shortly."
But still my complaint is pending from more than 1 month.
