          I want to cancle my order but there is no such option in there website they just have three option 1. Service centre 2.complaints 3.track order. In this also they gave numbers when i put this numner in track section they say this id is not valid

                So I have been complaining everywhere about this & I am too tired of this. I bought Noise XO shots on the 6th of September & since then they have giving me a trouble. Finally on the 8th of October, the company took it back to rectify as they called it & took 18 days to give me back my product which was broken! The case is all broken & I don’t want to unwrap it because it’s just a headache for me. Kindly take this product back & give me my money!!

                        They don’t respond for 2 months in the first place, and then after the product has been registered for a complaint, they pick it up and deliver the same product without a charger and no communication at all. Very poor service.
                        Extremely unsatisfactory and not worth the money spent.

                            I am purchasing noise shots x1 air, from company website on 7th september 2019.
                            I am personally visit to company service centre at pimpri bu due to covid 19 period the shops are closed.

                            Finally i am filed online complaint on 6th september 2020 on company website with ticket no.94383.

                            After two days company mail me and replied "your warranty has expired" but this is wrong because i am complaint on 6th september 2020 and my product warranty is valid on that day, 6th september is last day of my warranty as per company invoice.

                            When i call to customer care they accepted my warranty issue and they suggest me to file again new complaint with old ticket no. As per instruction i am filed 2nd complaint no.106000.

                            On this mail company replied me "we have approved your complaint and escalated it to our priority department. We will be emailing you the next course of steps shortly."

                            But still my complaint is pending from more than 1 month.

                              I bought the product in august and gave it to service center and it's been over 1 month they are not even giving any update or giving my product back this company is very pathetic when i called them then disconnected the call and once they kept me on hold for hours this kind of service service they are providing us they don't listen they don't bother
                              Rvsrn2009sxh00021 is my complaint i'd and they refused to give me refund.

                                  Change delivery address or cancel order

                                  I want to cancel my order that i have placed as the delivery address selected does not have my presence. I tried calling the customer care, they dont let me talk to the executive, nor are the emails being replied. I also ordered it on EMI but the full amount has been deducted at one go. I wont ever recommend Noise products to anybody. Resolve my issue asap or else I am going to lodge a Complaint in consumer affairs. my order id is 679480...

                                  To whom so ever it may concern,

                                  Kindly note that we had purchased tune sport product which was found to be defective.

                                  The battery bulged in the first charge itself.
                                  The same was taken to the local customer centre and he raised his hands for the same.

                                  So we had to approach online and a complaint was registered with the complaint no 77960.

                                  The product was picked and the same was supposed to be returned and till date no sign of that.

                                  We could see the product in transit from sep 3rd and we are now on 17th sep with no sign of product getting delivered.

                                  Need to know what is the status for next level of actions to be taken.

                                  Major observations,

                                  1) in bangalore one of your service centre in rajajinagar says that he is an outsourced to outsourced partner and does not have any clue how to handle customers and complaints. He raised his hands to contact online.in case if we have to do online what is the use of this service centre.

                                  2) your courier partner is not a reliable source, please look at that front. We may slip in to an excuse of covid situation, but things are moving along and no excuse on that part.

                                  3) please let me know the next level of action is product is not derived, whom should i approach... Is there any escalation in place.
                                  If not should i reach out to consumer forum for release of product and reputation.

                                  Kindly advice accordingly.
