Bought Noise Shots Neo latest model as a birthday gift for my father.
Received product with very less battery life. Sent back for replacement and got an old pair of earbuds as replacement. Tried talking to Noise customer support but no way to talk to a real person. Tried multiple emails but got no reply. They only let you register complaint and don't communicate with you at all. Now the replaced product I have is visibly old and has distorted buzzing sound at volume over 50%. I tried replacing it again but got it as it is back and a resolution that my product is working fine. I am stuck with this useless old product. Worst support ever.

      Worse product ever dont buy earphone from this company ...!!! NO Response ...!!! no service centre in pune...!!!
      i purchase tune active bluetooth earphone on 19 oct and after 2 days the earphone facing issue with pairing bluetooth then i replace it agian the new product facing battery drain problem and the product off after 5 min ...! then i register complaint 6 day ago still no response from company ...!!! so i request all of you dont
      buy product from this company ...!!

                  I want to cancle my order but there is no such option in there website they just have three option 1. Service centre 2.complaints 3.track order. In this also they gave numbers when i put this numner in track section they say this id is not valid

                        So I have been complaining everywhere about this & I am too tired of this. I bought Noise XO shots on the 6th of September & since then they have giving me a trouble. Finally on the 8th of October, the company took it back to rectify as they called it & took 18 days to give me back my product which was broken! The case is all broken & I don’t want to unwrap it because it’s just a headache for me. Kindly take this product back & give me my money!!

                                They don’t respond for 2 months in the first place, and then after the product has been registered for a complaint, they pick it up and deliver the same product without a charger and no communication at all. Very poor service.
                                Extremely unsatisfactory and not worth the money spent.

                                    I am purchasing noise shots x1 air, from company website on 7th september 2019.
                                    I am personally visit to company service centre at pimpri bu due to covid 19 period the shops are closed.

                                    Finally i am filed online complaint on 6th september 2020 on company website with ticket no.94383.

                                    After two days company mail me and replied "your warranty has expired" but this is wrong because i am complaint on 6th september 2020 and my product warranty is valid on that day, 6th september is last day of my warranty as per company invoice.

                                    When i call to customer care they accepted my warranty issue and they suggest me to file again new complaint with old ticket no. As per instruction i am filed 2nd complaint no.106000.

                                    On this mail company replied me "we have approved your complaint and escalated it to our priority department. We will be emailing you the next course of steps shortly."

                                    But still my complaint is pending from more than 1 month.

                                    I have Purchased Noise Shots X5 charge truly wireless bluetooth Earbuds Earphones with charging case Black on 24 october2019.But one Earphone is not working .Please look this matter as early as possible. with regards ramesh negi [protected]

                                      I bought the product in august and gave it to service center and it's been over 1 month they are not even giving any update or giving my product back this company is very pathetic when i called them then disconnected the call and once they kept me on hold for hours this kind of service service they are providing us they don't listen they don't bother
