To whom so ever it may concern,
Kindly note that we had purchased tune sport product which was found to be defective.
The battery bulged in the first charge itself.
The same was taken to the local customer centre and he raised his hands for the same.
So we had to approach online and a complaint was registered with the complaint no 77960.
The product was picked and the same was supposed to be returned and till date no sign of that.
We could see the product in transit from sep 3rd and we are now on 17th sep with no sign of product getting delivered.
Need to know what is the status for next level of actions to be taken.
Major observations,
1) in bangalore one of your service centre in rajajinagar says that he is an outsourced to outsourced partner and does not have any clue how to handle customers and complaints. He raised his hands to contact online.in case if we have to do online what is the use of this service centre.
2) your courier partner is not a reliable source, please look at that front. We may slip in to an excuse of covid situation, but things are moving along and no excuse on that part.
3) please let me know the next level of action is product is not derived, whom should i approach... Is there any escalation in place.
If not should i reach out to consumer forum for release of product and reputation.
Kindly advice accordingly.
