Gonoise.com — colorfit pro smart watch

I have purchased GoNoise ColorFit Pro smart watch directly from GoNoise website. unfortunately that product was not working as per the expectation. I have followed up with customer care several times but there was no proper response, Please find attached the coustomer care email details. worst experience with customer care. At the time of purchase it has been claimed by company that if the product will have any defect it will be replaced. But calling / email customer care several times issue is not resolved. I suggest not to purchase GoNoise Product as it is fake company and giving fake promise

The actions of the GoNoise are liable under Section 2(1)(g) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 which defines "deficiency in service" as any fault, imperfection, shortcoming or inadequacy in the quality, nature and manner of performance which is required to be maintained by or under any law for the time being in force or has been undertaken to be performed by a person in pursuance of a contract or otherwise in relation to any service. Also, the actions of the Opposite Party attract liability under Section 2(1)(r) of the same Act, which defines "unfair trade practice" as including but not limited to a trade practice which, for the purpose of promoting the sale, use or supply of any goods or for the provision of any service, adopts any unfair method or unfair or deceptive practice.
