I got this product delivered on 1 january 2019. I ordered it from amazon. Now i am facing problem with this product it suddenly stop working. One earbud is not turning on and not showing charging light. So please help me with this and tell me about service center in punjab. I am not a heavy user of this product i only use it for 2-3 hours in a day.
