Gonoise.com — Noise earbud is not working properly and feeling helpless

I have purchased the product on 14 Nov 2020, and delivered to me on 17 Nov 2020 by Amazon. I am facing issues but neither Amazon nor noise company is looking to reslove issues. I had advised to contact customer care of noise and did so. But the problem got resolved once then again new problem arises after 1 or 2 days.
I am feeling cheated. Also complained to online portal of noise, but no one is taking it seriously.
Please look into the matter ASAP.
