Hey there, I purchased your product tune elite from amazon under order #[protected]. The product stopped working within 10 days of purchase and i made a complaint on the site at that time. I continuously tried to call the customer care for reply but the call has never connected. Yesterday[protected] i had deposited the product at your warehouse at gurugram. Charging problem with colorfit pro watch

Dear team noise,
I have got colorfit pro watch on 3rd August, I have wore it only once since then, and during that time the watch gone off without any substantial reason. I came back home and tried to charge it but failed to do so.
Please let me know where can I take it for further investigation.
