I purchased this product from gonoise website only and i was facing a problem in call quality and sound quality of the product so i gave it for replacement through bluedart courier on 16 november and it was shipped on 19 of same month and now company is denying by saying that i had cancelled the return and product is not delivered to them and they are not responding also. So i request you to please look into my issue. Thank you
