    I have purchased noice Calliber smartwatch from Flipkart also purchased extended warranty for 1 year. Watch is only 3 months old and its hook jack of wearing belt damaged hence 1 side belt can't stick over watch.
    When I made online complaint employee asked me to pay rs.999 as a service charges. New watch price is rs.1199. please help me...

      I was ordering a watch from your website whose model is Noise Smartwatch ( Noise Colorfit Ultra 2 Buzz), and I paid the Money successfully on 2nd September 2022 at 5:30 PM through my google pay whose transaction id is[protected], money has been deducted from my account But I did not get any order id through your website and neither any order is added in my account from your side in my account. Nor I have received any message in which order is placed i.e. My order is not completed even after deducting the payment. You are requested please refund my payment to my account, following are my bank account details.

          My order no- 2144370 has been cancelled on 06.09.2022. and i have been confirmed from NOISE that my paid amount Rs.999/- have been refunded within 7 to 10 days.

          But after 32 days yet my refund amount RS.999/- not have been refunded from NOISE.

          I have already communicate to the helpline number- +[protected] for 10 times since 19.02.2022; different different executive just miscommunited to me that your amount will be credited to your account within next 2 days repeatedly same false commitment given.all 3 executives.

          Please do the needful ASAP and refund back my amount Rs.999/-.

            Hi Team, I am trying to reach out to Noise ColorFit Pulse Smartwatch for technical support as the product delivered is faulty.

            I have two tickets that were opened for this issue, team has closed both the rickets by just giving me a link to the FAQ document.

            I am educated & aware of reading the FAQs before submitting a ticket.

            Please need help on this issue.

                Hi Team

                I am suffering from last month as I got the faulty watch Colorfit pro 4 which I sent for repair to noise team within 3 days of purchase. After 20 days of continous calling to them they replied we will send the noise coupon voucher of same amount as of watch. I haven't received the voucher till now and they closed my previous tickets are 961062 also without resolving it. Please help me.

                        I Have bought A Smartwatch From Gonoise Official Website on 03 Sept.2022 I Had ordered and Paid amount of 2999 Rs. From Gpay.
                        in my Order cart we can see that i had ordered but i cant download Invoice and cant track my Order to when i can Received.
                        also There is not any types of perfect Contact number to call directly to Customer Support Person.
                        just Computer Call Say for register Complaint.
                        but what we can do.

                          The major problem of most noisefit watches is that it's few watch faces. Many watch's strength is it's customisable watch faces. But still noisefit is laging behind. The noisefit endure had more watch faces than noisefit- active !

                            i have order my watch on 26th of august and they showed it delivered on 30th. i called on blue dart support that i haven't received it, and also i went to local blue dart office to cross check they said they delivered it to wrong person and last 5 days i am calling them they said they resolve it ...

                            BUT NOTHING IS RESOLVED YET.

Transaction was successful from my end and amount got deducted successfully from my account. But in the website order not confirmed it was still in payment screen.

                                I tried placing order on 31st of August and above issue happened and contacted them on 1st of September. Customer service person asked me to wait for 24hrs to resolve the issue. waited for more than 24 hrs and called them again. The person who received call again asked for all information and asking me to wait for 24-72 hrs again. Please help me to resolve this. Tired of explaining same to service person again and again

                                  Ordered the NoiseFit Core 2 Smartwatch - Silver Grey on[protected] from the official website of noise but unfortunately, I didn't like the product's built quality and display quality so I submitted a return request. But they are saying they can't take the return of the product according to their policy.
                                  It is something like they will manufacture anything and sell it to customers may be customers like it or not and are forced to use the product.
                                  How does a customer get to know the product unless he uses it?

                                    Sir, I tried ordering Noise Budsvs104 ( mint green) through their website, the payment for Rs. 1099 was deducted for the same through my Paytm UPI but the order couldn't be placed. I tried calling the customer care number but I couldn't talk to any executive. I also mailed them but only got system generated response.

                                    I'll be highly obliged if you look into this matter.
