I purchased the ColorFit Qube Oxy Smartwatch Wine and My Invoice date is 23rd Feb., 2022 and the Invoice No. NEX/21-22/683207, on 5th March 2022 morning I checked the time on that but nothing was displayed on the screen. I connected the charger but the same issue was there.

I have received a noise colorfit pulse smart watch on 15th feb. On unboxing the same, i saw a damaged watch. Immediately i tried to lodge a complaint. The company does not have a proper customer care where you can give your feedback. No support service at all. I raised a complaint via email.
