I am neeraja barve, i have ordered noise coloufit-2 smartband 2 months agofrom mazon app, but it stopped working now, both the charging pins of the band are not working. Its been only 2 months and the band is not working anymore. Both the charging pins of the band stopped working and the band unable to charge now. Noise company has no separate service stations therefore i want a replacement for the product.

I had purchased the gonoise TuneElite bluetooth earphones which is not working now from both sides
and after giving complaint about it on email they still have not replied me on that.
They do not even provide any helpdesk details to me and complaining about the product from last 1 month.
Bad experience about the product.

and Now Suddenly not work charging case

i was order first on 20 Oct

after that product is not work perfectly so i am replace it from amazon.in

and replace product received on 2 Dec. and after a month charging case is not working.
