I boughout noise shot through amazon. After receipt i used pandora noise shot nearly for month. One ear bud was defective. I sent back after email communication. All communication details i have. They asked me send back the part with an assurance that new product will be given. Till date i have not received any response nor i am getting any support from amazon. I've ordered noise X3 shots 15 days back and as soon as i gifted it to someone the very next day it stopped working!! I just need replacement and assurance that this will not happen again!! 😠😠

I had bought Noise colorfit fitness band 2 months back, but the covering glasses on top and bottom both have come out.
They fell off during travel.
