Gonoise.com — noise shots x3 bass - charging case not working

Hi Team,
I have purchased Noise X3 Bass from Amazon. Now the issue is that the charging case is not working, it does not show any lights and not even charging, resultant to this the volume also got decreased and right bud is producing kinky sound which makes the me feel like i am using a local earbud.

Major Problem
*Charging case is not working, seems like its dead.
*Voice fluctuation in the right ear bud, voice get kinky.

-Please help me out with replacement.

* Most important thing, the customer service team is not at all supporting. They only shared me your email address and asked me to share the details and you will contact us within 24-48 working hours. This type of services are not expected from brand like this. You can also keep IVR to tell all this information. Not happy with services at all.
