Gonoise.com — noise tune elite stop working

I purchased noise tune elite. From Mumbai offline market shopkeeper told me to take warranty from company. After few days headset stop working. I have invoice signed by shopkeeper but there is no serial number on invoice i don't know is there serial number on box? I don't have box right now. There is no service center details on website and i can't register for warranty because of serial number please provide solution
