When i complained for the non cooling of my double door 475l samsung refrigerator to panasonic center an authorized service center for samsung refrigerator on phone number [protected] a technician came and said condenser has to be changed and charge will be rs3200.00when i agreed he took out a so-called condenser from his junk bag cut it and tried to join the wires with the parts of condenser from my fridge. I protested and after talking to the service center he replaced with the so-called new one and left with a receipt no.292 of good luck service center with the phone number.[protected] and[protected]. After nearly 24hours the things kept in the door are not cooling. When i complained they are not attending to my complaint and asking me to contact different people. I spoke to the technician who attended but he has not come yet and trying to avoid. His cell number [protected]. These people are fooling the people with faulty and spurious parts.
