It is disappointing 😔 Goodlife Fitness India has not been very active in resolving complaints. This lack of response can hurt the overall customer experience and the company's reputation. We suggest that Goodlife Fitness India address these customer issues as soon as possible.
I paid gym membership of 9000Rs for 6 months. They took the money without checking my health condition. I did not use gym facilities even for a day when my doctor asked me not to join the gym due to severe health conditions. I haven't signed any agreement with the gym. Yet they are not ready to refund my amount.
