Since 13september i am asking for gat invoice but they are not giving not i am asking for refund they are not giving it me back day first ko hi clear hogya tha

When i joined they said i will give gst bill but they send me with out gst they. said steam bath is on but after subs they told me sorry sir ka se bnd hy govt guide line things are not clear want my money back

I am the costumer in one of your gyms, when I wanted to take the membership, the yfc workers said you only have to pay 6000 something for 1 year plan but they didn't told us that yfc has a trial for personal training for three days then for personal training you have to pay extra. The worker said at the time of taking membership that don't worry just join and the trainers are available for you all the time. But we don't knew that we have to pay for personal training which they should have mentioned at time of taking membership.
I know that you have no policy of refund but then also plz give me refund, reducing the amount of 3000 something for 45 day which is going to be tomorrow.

I am from YFC ratlam.
Yesterday I lodged a complain with your insta page that trainers in my gym don't look after the customers. They are always busy on the phone. Even if someone is doing any excercise wrong they don't say anything and just keeping on doing things on their phone.
The insta page admin said we will look into this
Today I got a message from the trainer asking if I have any problems with him?
What kind of customer service is this.. why did the admin share my information with the trainer..
I need someone to contact me and get these issues resolved.

I had entrolled for gym for 1 year subscription and have paid full amount of 6500 and they have shut down the sion branch and ran away without refunding our money.

And I did not even attend a single day of gym due to covid .
I have sent so many emails but I have not received a single revert from them.

Kindly take action and refund my money .

Iam a member of yfc (Ratlam) from 3..4 years the environment of the gym is so bad tht a female members can’t workout few members are yelling using bad language which is ok for the manager and trainers treat those people as there friends instead of stopping them correcting them.There are two floors in the gym the weight section environment as i said is not good too workout for a female member so v decided to workout in a crossfit section but the crossfit section is locked than i called the manager and said him too open the section he denied telling that you go back and come afterwards when itz opened what kind of behaviour it is too treat a couple member if you can’t respect your customers if you can’t handle the discipline in the gym wht kind of manager it is just sit watch and go this is so disrespectful i think next time too continue my membership here 🙏

YFC has taken our membership fees and shut down their branch and refund request is also not processed.

As you know our country is going through a pandemic due to which the gyms were closed from march 16, 2020 which was now reopened from august 5, 2020.

I had joined yfc at ratlam (M. P.) on 8 january which was going to end on 11 july but since the gyms were closed i wasn't able to go and now the people at the desk are telling that my membership has already expired on 11july.

I ask you to please do the needful. Either you let me do for the time the gyms were closed or refund the amount.

Hi team, i was a member of yfc (Your fitness club) koperkhairane branch, navi mumbai. I had paid inr 5000 for the one year membership. They closed the gym in between & mr. Rizwan sayyed, yfc owner promised us the refund. They asked to share the details over their support mail, which i did in a week. They never replied any details & never receives the call. Also sometime they had closed the tickets from their side without resolving problems. Its more than 150 days now. I had taken several follow-ups but getting no-response. Its now getting late & now rudely behaving.
Humble request to take some legal actions as there are many more people like me chasing for the refund.

This is devesh mishra, was having a membership for 1 year at ritz gym koperkhairane. My registered mobile no.[protected]. I had not visited a single day in gym.

Later i was out of town town & contacted to mr. Rizwan sayyed, for cancelling the membership & refund also at that time, he had given a word for refunding the money but later was just misbehaving & rejecting call also.

This yfc gym was also closed for 2 months at that time also mr. Rizwan sayyed had said me to refund my money but he was a cheater & not refunded till now also was lying.
Now, he had done cheating with many people, now yfc gym had opened their franchisee in koperkhairane in name of plus fitness. Yfc has changed their name bcoz many times they had cheated to people, spoiled their name, so now came with new name.

I would request everyone to please don't join that gym it's just way of cheating & fraud.

Helow my name is vishal k i have been working opposite this gym called yfc, i had taken a membership at the gym in september 2019 and on 16th november that closed gym over night now for refund process they are not replying to my emails now they not receives the call. Its more than 50 days now. I had taken several follow-ups but getting no-response. Its now getting late & sum of around inr 8000inr is important for me. Humble request to take...

As per above subject i enrolled in yfc gym for anual membership on dt. 31 july 2019 but without any intimate the gym is closed on Aug 2019, Hence i forwarded a complaint to yfc website but no one responding me, So it's request you to pls to get my refund..

I enrolled in this gym called yfc, in mazgaon on 03.04.19, i was a very irregular member and also did not attend for the whole month of ramzan.

I must say it was a very lathargic gym still i ignored everything and continued.

On the 1st of october 2019 i received a sms saying that the gym will remain close for 3 days for reconcilling and holidays, since then the gym has not opened. I also messaged them at [protected]@yourfitnessclub.in, but no reply since all these days.

Please help me out.

I have been running behind this gym called yfc for my refund. These people were allowing members to use steroids in their premises in dockyard and on complaint, they didn't take any action. On asking refund they have shut the gym over night and are denying refund. I have tried complaining in the local police station but in vain. Kindly help me please. The amount is 10, 000rs. They are not even scared of the police and have kept all sources of contact shut.

I have procured a gym member ship of yfc charni road branch for a sum of 13500. The gym shut its charni road branch couple of months back. I am trying to get a refund but no help. The emails/support requests etc were also raised. We need consumer forum to help us.
The relocation branches are no good and they keep on closing and reopening new branches.

I and my husband had taken a yearly membership in yfc kharghar and shortly after that, the gym shut. We have tried to reach management but unsuccessfully so. There is no contact person from whom we can obtain information. Our money is stuck... Can't even enroll in another gym. Yfc has lived poorly upto its name. We am hoping this platform atleast provides some information, if not resolution.

I am fed up of yfc gym kharghar, they says it's your fitness club but trust me it's not mine because gym is closed from past 2 months, in january i paid for an entire yearly membership and the. Gym was closed on feb and mar for 2months and now again from june gym is non operational. They don't understand fitness for others.
I just need all the money i paid to them, yfc gym is worst.

The gym in kharghar is closed due to non payment of their rent. The members are not given any information regarding new address or refund of membership fees. Phone number is also shut down. Totally annoying.

I have tried calling other centres of yfc. Noone can give any resolution to the same. Also the phone number of head office is not accessible.

In this kind of scenerio we expect at least the members should get calls for being patient if a new yfc gym nearby is getting ready. We dont have any idea when we will be getting back our workout days. Feeling like cheated by yfc.

Requesting the authority to at least take the pain to call the members and explain whatsoever resolution they are providing.

Yfc gym situated kharghar is closed from last 2 weeks. I had payed full year fee and i’m trying to to contact each no. Which i have. But unfortunately all the no. S are out or range or switched off and 1 no. Was picked up but he said it’s a wrong no.
There are many more people waiting for the gym to reopen or to get in contact but there’s no way.
Please help us out of this.

I have been working out from last 2yrs in colaba branch, recently taken over by yfc from muscle & mind.
Since it is taken over the management team is not interested to replace gym equipments which got damaged, also no hygenity is maintained, no proper airconditioning, steam is not working.
Given complain to manager navin several times but not interested & sorry to say speaking all lies with promises.
When i confronted them regarding issues they are telling me to renew membership first, but i told them to fix the problem first. Instead now they have told me to leave the gym or pay the fees.
Mr. Rizwan if i am getting good services & facilities why i would not pay my dues.
Therefore i request you to do investigation & do the needful accordingly.
