Planning to buy google pixel? Think twice.

Purchased the phone in November 16, from January 2017 severe problem started. Phone switches off while in use when the battery is around 45%. On Feb 1st I got up in the morning when the alarm failed to see a boot menu screen on pixel. The phone failed to boot.

Customer care couldn't fix the problem, had to travel to on-site support centre where the phone has been received and told that it will take 48 hours to diagnose the issue and could be a possible hardware issue. This is something we can expect with a premium phone and from premium brand.
