I took a free trial of an app called "Vocal Remover, Cut Song Maker" 3 days ago, i.e., 18th August. The subscription fees was ₹1699.

I cancelled the free trial on 19th August, screenshot of which I have attached in this email.

Today I got a message from my bank that the amount of Rs. 1699 has been deducted from my account. I have attached the screenshot of this also below for your reference.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund my money in my account.

The transactions in question occurred on 01/07/2023 with UPI reference number[protected] [Compliant No.[protected]] for an amount of Rs. 200, UPI reference number[protected] [Compliant No.[protected]] for an amount of Rs. 300, and on 06/07/2023 with UPI reference number[protected] [Compliant No.[protected]] for an amount of Rs. 71. As per the transaction details, the amount was debited from my account [[protected]], but regrettably, the recipient's account [Federal Bank Fastag] has not been credited with the said amount. The payments were done via GOOGLE PAYMENT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

I have made a payment to a vendor through Google Pay on 4th July of amount Rs 940. My payment was failed, and the amount was debited from my HDFC account. I have raised a complaint on the Gpay app on the same day and they have assured that it will refunded within 3 business days. I have also submitted my bank statements for their verification. Today on 12th July while I enquired about my refund status, they told me that they can't help me in this matter. They payment was made form [protected]@okicici and the Google Transaction ID is CICAgNCc99LFMg.Hence I request you to kindly resolve my issue.

I joined free trial of an app for 7 days. Canceled it on day 5. But I was charged Rs 1299 on day 7.

My bank account was debited Rs 1299 by GOOGLE. I contacted Google Play and they said it is authorization. I don't understand what that is. I don't remember consenting to authorization. Please help me with...

I had downloaded the 7 day free trial version with an option to cancel of the Dumpster APP and Google deducted the entire amount with no option to cancel within the trial period. They are now not refunding the money.

This is illegal, unlawful and unprofessional. We trust Google with our credit card details and they dupe us by charging it for transactions which are not valid.

I had downloaded the 7 day free trial version with an option to cancel of the Dumpster APP on Google APP play store and Google deducted the entire amount of INR 12500 with no option to cancel within the trial period.

The APP was in trial period and I uninstalled it immediately since it wasn't useful at all.

Just because Google stores our credit card details doesn't mean they get to unfairly and unlawfully deduct our money.

Money not debited another person

Dear Google,
Last month I have given my Google account to my friend from outside India, After a few days I started to get multiple device request to access the account, and after that my friend has locked me out of that Google account.
I would like to know whether is there any way that I can get back my Google account.

I tired booking a train ticket in irctc website on 20.04.2023. When making payment, I paid the money Rs. 482.15 through google pay. The money got deducted from the account but ticket was not booked. I checked google pay. It says transaction success and money has been deducted and paid to irctc.

I request the money to be refunded back to my account. I have attached the irctc ticket booking status and google pay page.

Google Authenticator app from Google is a junk app, this is because the highly important task which it is used for is, not that much promising.

I was using Google Authenticator app, my phone gone dead and due to loss of Google Authenticator app I am facing serious loss as I am unable to login in many many useful apps.

Google must pay towards our losses or it can develop similar recovery method as "Trust Wallet" uses by backing up security details by associating email id with it.

Really in serious deep deep loss, just because I trusted Google Authenticator more than Microsoft Authenticator & other similar authenticators.

It's very very DISGUSTING, IGNORANT and NEGLIGENT from googlepay for LYING and CHEATING in the name of reward. I live in Muirabad Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh near Apna Ghar pg and somvanshi RO plant in my area there are few cows who loiter all over the road due to which you can not walk or go out they poop all over the gates and try to hit people with head especially the brown cows. I bought a mobile from Google pixel company on 14th december ...and I got a defected piece so than I complaint about mobile to pixel Service center on 24th December... I had told that I should restart my phone but this idea isn't working... Than I registered another complaint but no response than I again register my complaint than my mobile phone was picked Up by b2x authorised partner of pixel... After that they said that your mobile is all okay so I get it back but what I saw that phone is again causing the same problem so I recorded some proof and I send them to google pixel company than they said that you mobile will be replaced but when I send my mobile I was informed that your mobile all okay but they didn't replaced it after confirmation email and seeing proof... They said that replace policy work only if I complaint within 14 day but I informed them just after 10 day about the issue... Please look into the matter... Thank you
