Google India / Tez — amount not refunded to my account | |
I try to recharge my tatasky account on 28.12.2019, amount debited from my bank account but recharge was unsuccessful. I made enquiry with tata sky customer care they confirms that the amount not received, after that i made dispute for this transaction and again i lodge complained through customer care service two times, but til now the amount was not refunded to my account Google transaction id : cicagkdo3uehaa Was this information helpful? | |

I have not received a refund from irctc when I contacted them they said contact the app through which payment was made. I have tried many times to contact Google Pay but the call doesn't go through due to congestion in network.
