I pay my policy amount by using google pay. The amount of 879.21 is debited from my account. But the payment status is still failed. The amount doesn't credited to my policy account. Also debited from my bank account. The transaction is done in 16/20/2020

I did a recharge from Google pay as per the plan details provided for Jio plans, but even after 3 days the plan was not activated and now I am unable to make calls nor use the internet, nothing works.

And more over after activation, unable to view the transaction number and throws the message, the plans have changed check for new plans.

It looks like Google pay is fooling people.

Flipkart Brought Big Billion Days With Massive Offers On 15th October 2020, And I Got Attracted Towards Their Offers. So I Decided To Order Bluetooth Speaker, So I Did. I Did Payment Through Google Pay UPI, And The Money Got Deducted From My Bank Account. But On Their End, They Are Saying That They Didn't Received Any, So The Order Was Unsuccessful. I Didn't Receive Any Goods/ Services Of My Payment Yet, Refund Neither. It's Been Over 4 Days, Still Google Didn't Resolved It. I Contacted Them Several Times But Everytime They Say Wait For Three Days. I'm Attaching A Proof Of My Payment.
I Urge Google India to Resolve My Issue ASAP and Refund My Money.
