Google India / Tez — double deduction for one time mobile recharge | |||
Hi, I made an airtel prepaid recharge for rs 399 on google pay using my linked sbi account at 1.19 pm dt 25/04/19. However, it gave me an error message saying transaction failed try again. I tried it again at 1.20 pm. Money was deducted from my bank account for both the transactions. After some time i got a message that the first recharge had worked and money for both transactions have been deducted from my account via sms confirmation. Pls refund my money for the second transaction of rs. 399. I tried calling your customer care service no as well as airtel prepaid customer care no but with no success.
