Google India / Tez — failed transaction not refunded | |||
I paid my airtel bill on 30th march using google pay and the transaction failed. Assuming that the money will be refunded to my bank account i made another payment for my bill via myairtel app and completed the transaction. However, it has been 30 days now and the money is not refunded. I confirmed from hdfc bank that the amount is credited to airtel and then spoke to customer care, nodal office, but they have not resolved the issue. This is a real blunder from airtel.
