Google India / Tez — Gmail not login/2step verification issue

Im unable to login to my gmail [protected]@gmail.com as I forgot password and don't have access to 2 step verification email but have access to recovery number but instead of getting OTP I'm unable to login to my gmail account since more than 1 and half month kindly ask Google india grievance department to send me link for resetting it's password or link for verification of above gmail on my email [protected]@gmail.com urgently. Also I have contacted google support but they're not sending me password reset link not they have sent me verification code for verifying my [protected]@gmail.com email as they did on 27 june 25 when I contacted them. Please help me in this as I have sent multiple emails to Google but no help
