Google India / Tez — google pay delay in refund | |||||
Google transaction id: cicagkdcmdbmbw Upi transaction id:[protected] I paid 1999 on amazon for order of my shoes on 12 nov. Through tez app with upi payment method, but my order got cancelled as payment was failed and amount was deducted. I contacted amazon then they informed that they have not received and payment and informed to contact my bank. Next day i contacted my bank (Rbl) then they said that i have made transaction through third party upi so please contact them as money is stuck with them. I came and reported this issue to google tez through call and their app too and waiting for their reply since last month. When i call them they just say that "we are giving this issue to investigation time and it will take time" but what time will it take they never inform me. I thought google tez is trusty but they are just cheating use. I am just waiting for my money, please help me to release it from their end so i could get it. Its really urgent. I already contacted google too 10-12 times for this issue and one of them said that i would get my money. But still no action has been take. My upi id is aman. NOW I RECHARGED MY MOBILE ANOTHER SHOP AND I WANT REFUND MY MONEY IN MY A/C NO.
